If you’ve found yourself here then you have probably taken my class at Barry’s Bootcamp. Maybe it was in London, maybe it was in New York City, it could even have been in Los Angeles. If you have taken class then please let me know what you think, you can review my class anonymously right here.
If you haven’t taken my class then why not, where have you been?? Check out the reviews and see if it sounds like it’s for you. (Side Note – It Will Be)
Britain’s Got Talent. Don’t let his boyish good looks fool you. This guy is ADORABLE. When he came out of the room to say hi and welcome everyone in I was like awww look at this cute dude all the way from London! Want to know what’s not adorable? EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THIS CLASS.
Run run run RUN. Took this class because a friend of mine had been raving about this new Barry’s instructor. The new instructor delivered!! We ran, I mean we really RAN! This was easily the toughest treadmill section I’ve done at Barry’s, not the fastest run, there weren’t that many sprints, but we ran a lot. It’s different than what I’m used to, but different is good.
You’re legs are on FIIIIIIIRRREE!! I’m only getting around to writing this review now because my laptop was upstairs and after leg day this week the thought of tackling the staircase was terrifying!
Quite Simply…..The Best. Barry’s is the best workout in New York City, I’ve convinced myself of that much, I’ve just never been able to convince myself of who the best instructor in the city is. Today my mind was made up for me because this kid is probably the best instructor I’ve seen in this town, and I mean ever.
Shane does it again. Took Shane’s class with a friend and Shane nailed it… hard! he is just tons of energy and his exercises are fun and challenging at the same time. I just love hearing him talk and motivate people!
I am officially obsessed with Shane’s classes. He is fun, upbeat, sweet, and funny. Also out of class he is laid-back and nice and genuine. He takes time to sit with you if he sees or and says hi to pretty much everyone.[
London Calling. Today I took a new instructor at Barry’s, Shane is from the London studio and is great you should check him out
Luck of the Irish. I’m not sure where Barry’s keep finding these trainers but wherever they breed them they should keep it a secret. The next wave of super hot, crazy intense trainers have arrived at Barry’s Bootcamp TriBeCa, and this time there is an accent!!
Shane the Irish Man. I’m fairly new to Barry’s Bootcamp and was looking for motivation in a group setting without feeling like I was being yelled at. I took Shane’s class on Sunday and was immediately inspired to run faster and push harder.
Psycho Sunday….WOW. I hate when I turn up to class and my favourite instructors are not there. I hate when I have no idea who the sub is!! That’s how I felt at 2.59 pm on Sunday. I will never feel that way again. Shane will forever more be remembered as super-sub Shane. I’m rarely rendered speechless, but for 60 mins on Sunday I was rendered speechless, breathless and entirely awe-struck!
5…4…3…2…1…I’m dead. I signed up for this class thinking that Noah was going to teach it. I was a little disappointed as I was up for a Noah ass kicking after indulging a bit too much over the holiday weekend. However, I shouldn’t have worried because Shane, who I think teaches in the London location, delivered the ass kicking that I craved.
The Brits Conquered New York! Shane Collins, not a familiar name to the NYC Barry’s Bootcamp studio. The kid is visiting from the London site, and I had the privilege to try out his premier class, and I was awed…it’s the first time I took Barry’s bootcamp class and I felt that I almost couldn’t finishe the entire class.
